The structure consists of three separate buildings:

- The modern and welcoming reception with a large outdoor patio where guests can have breakfast in summer accompanied by the slow scroll of the river not far away, use the internet service (WI FI) and the bar where the aperitif is served during evening.

- The hotel with 12 rooms including 6 standard and 6 Junior suites, all with private entrance and private parking.

- The restaurant, born from the restructuring of Bobbio family farm, is surrounded by a large forest of fir trees with an area equipped for children's play, an outdoor gazebo that allows guests to have lunch and dinners outdoors and offers menus combining the flavors of Ligurian tradition with the recipes of a more refined and sophisticated cuisine. Excellent selection of wines.

Both hotel and restaurant have private parking area for guests.

The hotel also has a small workshop equipped for the repair and storage of bicycles, an area for surfboards storage and laundry facilities completely equipped.
